Cancellation Policy:
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent:
Cancellation Fees: Day Tours
Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours
Amendment Fees: Day Tours
A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.
Out & About Wine Tours- Swan Valley & Margaret River Specialist:
100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.
Australian Day Tours:
DAY TOURS
路 Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
路 If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies.
. Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders.
ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS
路 A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure.
路 Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
路 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
