Cancellations 24-48 hours prior to date of travel - 50% refund.
We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.
Lets Go Surfing:
We surf in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe. If the surf is too big, or the conditions unsafe, then we will reschedule the lesson. If you are unable to reschedule a lesson that we have cancelled then we can provide a refund. Otherwise there are no refunds, transfers (to other people), or cancellations. If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean forfeiture of that lesson.
AAT Kings:
Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Australian Day Tours:
DAY TOURS
路 Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
路 If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies.
. Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders.
ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS
路 A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure.
路 Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
路 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.
Wildlife Coast Cruises:
Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary.
Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.
GBR Helicopters:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive 100% refund. (Note: Bookings travelling from 5-17 February 2016 will require 7 days notice for cancellations, not 24hrs)
Minimum 2 passengers to confirm bookings.
Adventure Moreton Island:
If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.
Adelaide Sightseeing:
Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:
路 More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
路 Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater
路 Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater
路 Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.
Koala and River Cruise by Mirimar Cruises:
Cancellations made within 24hrs of departure : No Refund.
Qtour Australia:
Any tour cancelled within 24 hours of departure or failure to show at the pickup point will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
ABSOLUTELY TASMANIA DAY TOURS:
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs.
If you cancel your booking before departure, we may at our absolute discretion charge the following fees;
30 days or more 10% of fare
8 to 30 days 25% of fare
48hrs to 7 days 50% of fare
Less than 48hrs 100% of fare
Blue Mountains Explorer Bus:
All online bookings are fully refundable until the day of travel.
