Cancellation Policy
Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Exemplar Coaches & Limousines:
No penalty outside 24 hours. 100% within 24 hours.
Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:
Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time.
Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.
Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.
Kangaroo Island Adventure Tours:
Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:
· More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
· Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater
· Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater
· Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
