Cruise Whitsundays:
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost.
Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.
AAT Kings:
Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Adventure Moreton Island:
If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

Any tour cancelled within 24 hours of departure or failure to show at the pickup point will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

For private tours and charters – If you cancel within 48 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 48-72 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies.
