Adventure Tours Australia:
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain $99 per person;
Between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost
14 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
Note that different cancellation conditions apply to some trips and additional services. Your booking consultant will advise if differences apply. Please note that for certain travel arrangements the cancellation charge may be higher than those shown. In certain cases a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.
Kimberley Wild Expeditions:
Cancellation by the traveller:
If you wish to cancel your tour you must immediately inform Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd. Once we have received your notice, cancellation will take effect. Please note the following charges will apply on cancellation:
• If Cancellation takes place within 30 days of departure your deposit will be forfeited.
• If Cancellation takes place within 21 days of departure 50% of your tour price will be forfeited.
• If Cancellation takes place within 14 days of departure 100% of your tour price will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd:
Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. Circumstances may be due to road conditions, flooding, mechanical defect, cultural considerations or other reason. In the event of tour cancellation by Kimberley Wild, an alternative tour or full refund for that tour will be offered.
Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks:
1. The travel date of the tour may only be altered with more than 48 hours notice to Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks (MISK), prior to the originally booked tour.
2. For tours cancelled more than forty eight hours prior to the originally booked departure date then monies will be refunded, less 25% to cover agents and MISK costs incurred in the original booking.
3. No refund will be given, or departure date altered, for tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the originally booked departure date, or for persons who do not show for departure.
4. For tours cancelled by MISK customers will be transferred to another tour. All monies will be refunded for customers who are unable to transfer.
Adelaide Sightseeing:
Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:
· More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
· Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater
· Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater
· Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.
