BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:
15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure.
50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure.
No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation.
Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.
Quicksilver Cruises:
For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking.
On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee.
The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.
Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.
Western Travel Bug:
* non arrival or less than 72 hours notice before departure - no refund
* more than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% non commissionable refund
* cancellation fees apply as soon as Western Travel Bug accept/confirm reservation
Whales in Paradise:
All tours/cruises are weather and number dependant. (Reschedule or refund).
No refund available for cancellations or changes within 72hrs of tour departure.
The operator reserves the right to refuse entry, substitute the vessel and change the day鈥檚 itinerary and pricing without notice.
Australian Day Tours:
DAY TOURS
路 Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
路 If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies.

ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS
路 A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure.
路 Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
路 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.
Cairns Adventure Group:
50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure
Adventure Victoria:
28 Days notice required for all cancellations for a full refund.
Brisbane Cruises:
72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded.
Four and six weeks is required for special events.
Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.
SNBT Tours of the Home and Away film set:
It is compulsory for the customer to reconfirm tours at least 24 hours prior to travel. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone. Cancellations must be in written form or via email.
SNB Australia reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the following:
Cancellation 48 hours - 3 days prior to departure: 25% of tour price. Cancellation 24 hours - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price. Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or no show: 100% of tour price
SNB Australia reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather or traffic conditions, operational conditions and requirements. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date we shall endeavour to offer the nearest possible departure date or, if this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Important Note: If you or a member of your travel group has special dietary requirements, you MUST advise reservations at the time of booking to ensure adequate arrangements can be made to meet your needs.
Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation Policy:
Day Tours: Cancellations received within 24hrs prior to departure date and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Date changes are permitted (subject to availability)
Extended Tours: If cancellation occurs more than 61 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $300 per person will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to departure will incur the following charges: 31-60 days prior 80% of Total, 30 Days or less 100% of Total Price. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Venture North Australia:
12 months + prior a full refund will be given
1 month 鈥 12 months a 10% cancellation fee will apply
Less than 1 month 鈥 2 weeks 50% of total tour cost
Less than 2 week 100% cancellation fee applies
Ocean Rafting:
Cancellations are accepted up until 7.00pm the night prior to the tour.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Passengers will not be given a refund if they:

鈥 鈥渘o show鈥 on the morning of the tour
鈥 suffer 鈥渃old feet鈥 on the launch field
No fee is charged for cancellations more than 24 hours before the flight.
