Cancellations:
Any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge at the tour operators discretion.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for FIT passengers cancelling within 24 hours of departure.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for groups (10 or more pax) cancelling within 72 hours of departure.

Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

•Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers.
Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued.
IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Air Whitsunday - Whitsundays Seaplane:
100% fee applies to services cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
