Flames of the Forest:

For bookings up to 5 passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours of the event. For bookings of 6 or more passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 7 days of the event.

Cairns Adventure Group:

50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure

Exemplar Coaches & Limousines:

No penalty outside 24 hours. 100% within 24 hours.

Phillip Island Helicopters:

If you should cancel within 12 hours of your flight you will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All flights are subject to weather and the pilot has the final word on safety. Should we not be able to fly due to weather, then we will book another time with you that is convenient.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.

Skydive Uluru:

All bookings incur a $100 per person cancellation fee, unless cancelling within 48hrs of departure, at which time a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund is available. Booking amendments may incur a $100 per person amendment fee.
