Cancelaltion made with 24hrs of departure may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking value.
On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised.
A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee.
Cruise Whitsundays:
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost.
Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.
Cairns Discovery Tours:
Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests.
Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.
Flames of the Forest:
For bookings up to 5 passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours of the event.
For bookings of 6 or more passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 7 days of the event.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Captain Cook Cruises (WA):
Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers.
Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued.
IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
