Nautilus Aviation:

48hrs cancellation notice required for full refund.

Cairns Adventure Group:

50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. 100% charge for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.

Wayoutback Australian Safaris:

Cancellations recieved with more than 30 days notice prior to departure incur no fee other than the tourstogo.com cancellation fee. Cancellations received with 14-29 day notice incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received with 13 days or less days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.

Discovery Adventure Group Pty Ltd:

48 hours notice of cancellation is required or 100% of fare is payable. Failure to board will incur 100% of fare. The Discovery Group reserves the right to operate substitute vehicles, amend tour timings and itinerary without prior notification. Minimum numbers apply. Prices are subject to change and a surcharge is applied to all tours over public holiday periods.
