Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS 路 Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. 路 If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS 路 A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. 路 Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 路 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

24 hours notice required for cancellation refunds.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.
