All tours/cruises are weather and number dependant. (Reschedule or refund).
No refund available for cancellations or changes within 72hrs of tour departure.

ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS
路 A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure.
路 Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
路 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.

Cancellations recieved with more than 30 days notice prior to departure incur no fee other than the tourstogo.com cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 14-29 day notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 13 days or less days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.
Explore Australia:
Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture.
No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
